To handle large volume of production, the design of the plant is as such that the batch authentication and the real time values production data are easily recorded. This facilitates the staff to be able to trend, plot, analyze, and report on any details workers need to see in order to make better decisions about their batch processes.
The paint manufactured is generally custom-made to fit the needs of various end users. Certain industrial users might be especially interested in a fast-drying paint, while another might desire a paint that supplies good coverage over a long lifetime. For example, to meet a request for "beige," "white," or "sparco yellow," the manufacturer will select a base that is appropriate for the deepness of color required. The plant currently at our Main Ferozepur Road facility operates by having the system add ingredients and raw materials into the paint mixing tanks.
